    Sample clocks against production schedules. Document limitations when contractors sit outside the primary time system.

  5. BOM and engineering drift

    Trace ECO packets into costing. Build a short list of silent substitutions that inflate material variance.

  6. Board-ready findings

    Compress fieldwork into a one-page finding, risk rating, and recommended control—reviewed by peers in live critique.

What is a real limitation of this program?
