3. Engagements

Professional work begins only when both parties agree a written scope (email or letter of engagement). Fees, timelines, site access, and deliverables are defined there. These website terms do not replace that scope.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate register extracts, reasonable site access, and timely responses. Delays in providing information may extend delivery dates without reducing fees already earned for work completed.

5. Intellectual property

Findings memos and schedules prepared for you may be used internally for your business and shared with your accountant. Our templates, methodologies, and website content remain Clouddex property.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for decisions made solely by your directors, accountants, or lenders based on our findings.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site (attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit malicious content through forms). We may restrict access if misuse is detected.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of that state have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for website use. Active engagement scopes are only changed by written agreement.
